It seems impossible but somehow inevitable in a secret handshake way. You can pack a lot of poetry in that image, it's like that photograph of Boys' Stater Bill Clinton shaking hands with President John F. That house is up a little hill from the Sunset Strip, maybe half a mile from the Viper Room. Thompson-esque of all the Linda Ronstadt constellation of Southern California singer-songwriters hanging out with the great "inventor of music," the Russian who'd scandalized Paris with The Rite of Spring in 1913, getting together in a modest house in the Hollywood Hills a couple of years before anyone had heard of The Beatles. That was a cool image, the kid who'd grow up to be the most outre and Hunter S. It was a long time ago, probably in the 1970s. I heard a story about a 13-year-old Warren Zevon drinking Scotch with Igor Stravinsky. Not sure how viable this playstyle is, but you should be able to find clips of it in action on YouTube (think peppo has one)."In the songwriting field, there isn't a section for fiction and a section for nonfiction. I'm not all that familiar with the build or playstyle, but you may need to replace some skills that rely on staying on one scroll for most of the fight i.e. If you really want to use spirit helmbreaker, there is a bit of a more niche build involving redirection that uses Sakura slash to build gauge, helmbreaker to spend gauge, and redirection to recover wirebugs while you swap between scrolls. It also performs well in multiplayer, unlike the first build, because it is not as reliant on the monster targeting you for counters. Supposedly this build does less damage than the above, but it is still very viable, very comfy/consistent, and has also gotten a significant buff as of title update 4 due to the introduction of frostcraft. Serene pose is mostly brought along as a panic button in case you're about to get hit, as you don't want to be spending gauge on anything but the spirit release combo. This is a much more consistent playstyle that doesn't rely much on countering at all, but proficiency with foresight slash and the sacred sheathe counter will still significantly hasten how fast you can get to red gauge, and knowing when you're safe/not safe to charge the nuke is important. Typically, you get to red gauge by spamming sakura slash. You get to red gauge asap, spend all your gauge on the nuke, then rinse and repeat. Sacred sheathe: this playstyle focused heavily on the spirit release combo. In practice, easier said than done, and a lot of people greatly dislike the restrictions that harvest moon places on you. This playstyle technically is the highest DPS, given that you are proficient with the weapon + matchup and you can consistently land counters within the constraints of harvest moon. You can still opt to use helmbreaker on bigger openings, or you can play with tempered spirit blade, both should be fine. Harvest moon adds damage to all your counters, making iss very strong and serene pose the preferred gauge spender of choice, instead of helmbreaker. Harvest moon: this is similar to the rise/world/iceborne playstyle, spamming iss to build gauge and helmbreaker to spend gauge. With sunbreak, the addition of sacred sheathe and harvest moon has split LS into 2 main playstyles: LS received significant nerfs to many of the core parts of it's base kit in rise (helmbreaker damage nerfs, iai spirit slash nerfs, gauge multipliers, etc).
